India is new member of FIF7 in Asia
India has official representatives in Football 7 International, Beach Sports Association is responsible for the development of football 7 in northeastern India and also in Bengal. The local organization is chaired by Arijit Mukherjee who has extensive sports experience, leading a team of managers committed to developing football 7 in India.
The first project recognized by the Federation International de Football 7 will be a qualifying event for the World Club Championship. The Kolkata Qualifiers will gather 32 teams as of April 8. Entries are open.
India will be one of the representatives of Asia in the World Club Championship and also in the WORLD CUP 2018. The two events will be held in Brazil in December.
