Peru wins Argentina with last minute goal for Copa America
The third round of the America's Cup took place this afternoon (08) in Lima, Peru. In the opening of group A, Peru and Argentina made a very balanced match, with both teams seeking the goal at all times. Pushed by the crowd, the Peruvian team managed the winning goal, closing the game in 5 to 4.
With the result, Peru achieved the lead of the group with nine points. La Albirroja closes its participation in the first phase on Sunday (08), against Guatemala. Argentina have their second defeat in three games and need a win against Chile on Monday (09) for the last round.
